Focus
As a Junior Knowledge and Communications Coordinator, Patrick focuses on the development of digital platforms, including websites and other digital media. His work areas include both internal and external communications, as well as knowledge sharing and dissemination. He also supports the team with IT support and administration. Patrick is particularly interested in multi-disciplinary thinking and interdisciplinarity, which is why he reviewed multi-disciplinary perspectives on sustainable consumption in his Master thesis.
Background
Patrick joined ZOE in January 2022 as an intern at the Policy Pathways towards 1.5-Degree Lifestyles project. Previously he worked on foreign trade and market analysis at the German-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce as an intern. At the Inclusive Business Action Network, he disseminated knowledge on social entrepreneurship and inclusive business as a means to sustainable development. Patrick studied Applied European Languages in Cologne, Granada and Ghent. He holds a Masters in European Culture and Economy with a focus on Economic Policy and Applied Ethics and Sustainability Science from Ruhr University Bochum.
