Background
Willem is an economist with a specialisation in public policy. At University, he focused on questions about European fiscal integration, the impact of public debt on public investment efficiency, and fiscal frameworks. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Aarhus University and worked at the European Commission’s Reform and Investment Task Force before joining ZOE.
