Sustainable Care

The cost and efficiency pressure on care institutions not only leads to poorer care for those in need, but also has an impact on the working conditions of employees: Low wages, lack of recognition and time pressure are just some of the consequences. At the same time, there are many progressive institutions that demand good care for both carers and those that are cared for. They develop creative solution strategies within the institutions in dealing with this cost pressure and the given political framework conditions. The aim of the project is to make these facilities visible, to network them and to create opportunities for exchange. Thus the basis for the establishment of a network of sustainable care is created, which generates public visibility and formulates common political demands.
