Sebastian completed his Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) at the University of Stirling. He is an award-winning political economist with an Erasmus Mundus Master’s Degree in Economics of Globalisation and European Integration. Throughout his academic career, Sebastian specialised in the economics and political economy of climate change and energy transitions. His academic expertise lies in the political economy of energy-intensive industry transitions.
