Anna's scientific expertise lies in the fields of agile self-organization, sustainability, and diversity and topics such as degrowth, green growth, and organizational development.
Her design skills include academic and public talks on labor economics, business ethics and sustainable finance. She has organized, moderated and facilitated workshops and panels for institutions and groups such as Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, UNESCO, Fridays for future and engagement global.
Anna Reisch started her career as a trained goldsmith in Freiburg, where she successfully built and directed her own atelier, gaining hands-on knowledge on management and business strategies. She then decided to pursue her interest in Economics and subsequently received degrees from Universität Heidelberg (B.Sc.) and HU Berlin (M.Sc.). She is an active member of
the Network for Pluralist Economics, currently directing a project on curriculum change. Parallel to her studies, she started to work as an organizational consultant around questions of self-management, diversity and conflict resolution and has investigated Best Practices in Sustainable Entrepreneurship in her Master thesis. She has lectured and taught seminars for HWR Berlin, Bochum university and Alanus university.
